The digital tools included in the 3 systems are somewhat unfamiliar with most developers. For this reason,
DevPromo provides this 'TOOLS OVERVIEW' with actual samples created by DevPromo of each to allow you to experience the marketing tool.

DevPromo Website:
The ‘global container’ for virtually all the other digital marketing tools included in the system.  This is where it all begins and this is precisely where we want to route our target audiences… The prospect will be informed with the combination of the videos, the full-screen visuals in the eShow, the current data contained in the emailed eBrochures, the personal connection provided by the Audio ePostcards recorded in your own voice...

It will serve as the ‘home website’ for the community and also be the ‘portal’ for the other digital marketing vehicles listed below…

DevPromo eVideo:
eVideos allow your audience to sit back and watch a fully animated and narrated presentation including a wide variety of information in a format that is easy to understand and digest.

eVideos can be distributed through a link on your website or through specially printed CDs. They can shown in their uncompressed format on widescreen televisions in model homes, offices, etc. They are an especially useful tool in that they offer an opportunity to deliver a large volume of information and a consistent message.  Perhaps the most valuable aspect of eVideos is their flexibility… because the eVideo is delivered as an actual animation (as opposed to filmed video), the eVideo is easily and quickly updated and distributed globally in an instant.

DevPromo eShow:
An eShow is a ‘self-contained’ online multimedia presentation of visuals of the community – it’s greatest benefit is serving as an easy means by which the prospect can ‘page through’ all the key visuals for the community.

These sales tools are meant to present and distribute the community’s ‘VISUALS’… once the eShow is ‘launched’, it immediately launches the browser full screen (no matter the monitor size) to give the viewer a maximized view of the visuals pertinent to the development.  The typical eShow includes searchable script text and audio narration options with full controls (pause, fast forward, reverse, etc).

These ‘eShows’ can include architectural images, renderings, site photographs, aerial photographs, project objectives, schedules, pro forma projections, etc. The typical eShow includes searchable script text, options to include attachments in a PDF format, and audio narration with full controls (pause, fast forward, play back, etc).

DevPromo VIP Survey:
It is here that we really begin to discern the mindset of our target market; it will help us ‘see inside’ the minds of our target audiences.  The survey will probe more deeply into their preferences, their attitudes toward the area in which our development resides, etc.

Taking the data from the survey, you’re able to then make better decisions on your designs and probably get a favorable rate from your banker once he sees you have actual demand for what you are building.

DevPromo eBrochure:
These digital, page-turning brochures allow us to disseminate ‘categories of data’ quite easily (i.e. floor plans, recent media articles, new amenity announcements, etc.).  They are easily downloaded from the website and can also contain audio clips describing each page in the eBrochure.

These tools are fantastic ways in which to keep the prospects updated with the latest in design changes, lot availability, new features just released (i.e. "... we've attached our new "Floorplans eBrochure" with the 2 new models we mentioned in our newsletter!")

DevPromo ePostcard:
An ‘ePostcard’ is an audio-enhanced, ‘mini-webpage’ easily created within about 20 seconds with these key features:
- a visual impression of a typical ‘postcard’ (complete with stamp, etc.)
- imagery from your development (w/ your logo, etc.)
- audio clip of you speaking to the prospect (easily recorded with a simple toll-free phone call)

An ePostcard is a great ‘connection tool’ within this strategy… it the means by which you connect with the prospect on a very personal basis (the prospect ‘hears’ you actually speak his name in the greeting).  They are recorded with a simple phone call and then DevelopmentPromo.Com creates the ePostcards for you and sends you the links to be sent directly to the prospect from your email address (thereby completing the connection).  Like the others, this tool is better experienced to be better understood…

-- DELIVERY MEDIA FORMAT OPTIONS --

Remember: one of the many advantages of creating a DIGITAL marketing system is that you're able to deploy it on many different media formats (besides the internet). Listed below is a summation of the myriad of options available to you once the system has been completed.

DevPromo eCard (CD-ROM):
An 'eCard' is a business-card-sized CD-ROM which can store up to 50MB of data.  So, once the system is complete, we take the contents and copy them to the eCard and begin distributing it as our new 'business card' (w/your contact info, logo, etc.) clearly printed on the label.

These are very economical to not only create, but to mail as well. So, now, in addition to the online multimedia content, we're able to distribute the same great multi-media system in a physical media as well. Include these in your next mailing to your prospects, clients, etc.

DevPromo Laptop / Projector System:
Since the system is 'multi-media', it's a perfect 'presentation tool' for you to use the next time someone wants to see a 'live presentation' of your community or your plans. It all runs on your laptop (disconnected from the web, even) and you now have an engaging means by which to share your vision with others in person.

This can also be set up to run in the sales office, etc.

DevPromo Tradeshow System:
With a few minor modifications, DevPromo can deliver a system which can run in a 'loop' so that you now have a wonderful, multi-media presentation to take with you to your next tradeshow.

Imagine: being able to set up your booth with a simple computer / speakers and anyone walking by would be able to stop, spend a few minutes viewing the system and easily get a great overview without you having to repeat yourself... instead, you're able to focus upon those prospects who now already have a great idea of the wonderful community you're creating..

DevPromo Widescreen Delivery:
Once DevPromo produces the videos, we're able to deliver 'high-res' versions which can then run on a widescreen TV in your office, sales office - wherever. The same great videos which are running online are now able to be viewed in higher resolution (since they don't have to downloaded from the web) by anyone...

Once DevPromo finishes produces your system, we can take the video content and give it to you separately for playback on a television...

DevPromo Handheld Delivery:
The advent of 'mobile computing' enables prospects to view the great multi-media system on their handheld browser... This is particularly engaging as many of your target market are embracing these web browsing, handheld devices as their browser of choice for many of their tasks.

In addition, you can play the videos (uncompressed) on these devices as well (i.e. "...have you seen the videos for my new community? Here, take a look on my Pocket PC...)

DevPromo DVD:
Most people today have a DVD player - and again, since we have the videos already produced, it won't take much to transfer them to DVD (for those who prefer to view your content on a television as opposed to a computer).

Again - just one more media platform on which you can distribute the 1 system we'll create together. It's not just an online system...
